Post-graduation in Commercial Law from the University of Sao Paulo – USP, in 1992.

“Exporting to the United States of America”, “China Pós-OMC: Direito e Comércio” and technical reviser of the Portuguese edition of the World Bank publication “Diretrizes para elaboração e implementação de Política e Defesa da Concorrência”.
